After a very successful career with a large Trust Company, Ken Gies, our founder decided to open his own Real Estate Brokerage in 1982 operating as Ken Gies Real Estate Ltd.

 

Armed with a commitment to excellence and honest personal service, Ken ventured out on his own setting up in the Mountain Plaza Mall. The goal was to continue with his record of excellent service and satisfied clients.

 

It did not take long before other quality and experienced agents wanted to become part of this exciting team.

 

Today we remain an independently owned and operated Real Estate Brokerage serving the City of Hamilton and its many communities, the City of Burlington and the Towns of Haldimand and Grimsby .

 

Our strength is in our 19 experienced and professional agents lead by Ken Gies and his almost 40 years of professional service.

 

We have a knowledgeable and personable support staff lead by Joy Dunham and her 30+ years of Real Estate experience.
